We recommend that you visit one of the city’s marvellous parks. If you like rainbow fields of flowers, May is the best month to visit the Keukenhof.

June

Summer starts on the 21st of June. In June, the days are the longest. The sunrise is between 04.00/ 05.00 o’clock in the morning, and the sunset starts around 22.00 and 23.15 in the evening.

July

The temperatures in Amsterdam are, on average, the highest of the year. In June, the temperatures in Amsterdam are between 12-21°C/53-70°F. Some of the days in June will have temperatures above 30°C/86°F.

August

August, along with July, is the month with the highest temperatures in Amsterdam. Also, the temperature will be the highest this month.

September
