When do I receive my tickets? / How long does it take?
For most Amsterdam museums and attractions, you should receive your tickets within minutes. You can practically order when standing in front of the museum, thanks to instant delivery. If not it will be stated on the purchase page.

This differs per ticket. Sometimes the tickets are even cheaper than at the counter. Sometimes there’s a small booking fee of €2,- maximum. Most tickets come with privileges such as a priority entrance or an incentive such as a free drink.
Does Tiqets offer refunds for purchased tickets?
Tiqets.com will refund unused tickets as long as the museum/venue allow them to. Tickets need to be cancelled before the validity period expires in order to get a refund though.

How do I access my tickets if my phone runs out of battery?
The tickets are send via both SMS and Email. If you make sure you can access your email from any device with a internet connection, you can use another device or print the tickets at your hotel.
Does Tiqets.com offer any discount codes or coupons?
Yes, Tiqets sometimes offers temporary discount coupons for certain attractions. We’ll post available discount codes right here. However, some venues always offer a discount on online tickets. The Heineken brewery is one of those venues. These discounts are directly deducted from the entrance price without the need for any codes.
