How does the delivery service work?

When reserved online in advance, your rental bikes can be either delivered or picked up at your accomodation within the center of Amsterdam. Environment friendly transport will be aranged. Reservation is required!

Can I rent a bicycle for less than a day time?

Yes, pricing starts at 3 hours. On top of that, there’s also an option for 6 hours.

What accessoiries are included?

All bikes are fitted with two locks, make sure to use them! Apart from that upon request a free repair kit can be borrowed, when cycling long distances. Additional accessories, such as navigation, are available at an extra charge.

What happens when my bike is stolen? Is my bike insured?

Insurance is, although strongly recommended, optional. You can choose to insure your bicycle for a couple euro’s per day. Regular city bikes are wort €450,-.
